I’m Amanda Beener, a REALTOR® serving Central Iowa. I grew up in New Virginia and now live in Carlisle with my husband and our two kids. I’ve always loved the small-town feel of Iowa and the sense of community that comes with it.
Before getting into real estate, I spent more than 10 years working in senior living and helping families navigate some pretty big life changes. That experience taught me how important communication, trust, organization, and simply being there for people can be.
I decided to get into real estate because I wanted a career where I could still help people, just in a different way. Buying or selling a home can be exciting, stressful, and sometimes overwhelming, and I want my clients to feel like they have someone in their corner through the entire process.
