Felicia's experience in real estate started fifteen years ago as an investor. Along the way she has worked with a variety of individuals and encountered many experiences that have helped define her business style. She has continually stayed updated on her real estate education. Taking numerous classes each year driven by her passion for being in the know of what is happening in the local real estate market as well as real estate trends, what's happening in the mortgage industry, on a national level with the housing market and economic events.
As a Des Moines area native and graduate of Drake University with a degree in Business and a Master's degree in Public Administration. She is a strong believer in this great city and takes pride in calling Des Moines home. Felicia loves to be involved with local events, arts, volunteering and traveling. You can find her checking out locally owned restaurants, at Yoga in the Park or taking in some quiet time outdoors.
