I love Johnson County! I have made it my home for more than thirty years. I am a proud Hawkeye Grad! I grew up a farm kid outside of Grinnell and have made Iowa my lifetime home. My wife and I met at The Airliner and four kids later call North Liberty home. Two our children have graduated from Clear Creak Amana and are off chasing their own dreams. Our freshman and sixth grader keep us hopping as we are all very involved in our school church and community!
I love bringing homes and people together! In my twenties I began a construction career in Iowa City as a Tile Contractor installing floors and showers. I moved on and became a General Contractor building many custom homes in Johnson County to peoples desired specs. During those years I learned a lot about helping people get what they want. I use that knowledge on top of my extensive construction experience to provide superb service to my real estate clients. I have enjoyed every minute of watching our area boom and grow through good times and bad. Johnson County is a desired place to live! People come from all over the world for medical and educational opportunities found right here in Eastern Iowa. Due to the constant turn over of people our communities are always changing. My long history in Johnson County helps me help you!
I love what I do! If you are buying selling or building a home I would love to help you. It's what I do. Also if you need a contractor for anything don't be afraid to ask. "I know a guy" for almost anything!
I look forward to working with you. - Steve Sherman
